Post subject: And under slottabases ?
Do you have somes tips to protect under slottabases ?
Because :
- When a player is down, this face is not really pretty
- The move can be more confortable if there are a sort of tissue bellow the bases

Erm... well... Confused

My advice: learn to live with the fact that the underside of your slottabase isn't pretty... Razz

Actually a few coaches in my league have used green stuff to fill in the gaps on the bottom of the base and glued felt on the bottom of the whole thing. The end result is quite nice.

why not use plain card stock paper. You can glue it down with spray adhesive and then trim, or you can get a punch that makes the perfect size rounds at your nearest craft store.

Yes, one of them is a Wood Elf team. Laughing The other one I can think of off the top of my head is a Goblin team named Kibbles & Bits. (for those of you not located in the U.S, Kibbles & Bits is a popular kind of dog food.) Kibbles is the name of one of the Trolls, and the goblins all have names like "Nasy Bits" and "Tasty Bits."

Philodox: "Rich" is a nebulous definition in Northern Virginia. Cost of living is so high that new houses built here easily cost $500,000.

I use plain old yellow/grey milliput for stuff like filling bases and other mundane jobs that don't require working. It's loads cheaper.

You could even use cheap clay to fill bases. Even if it does fall out when it is dry, you just give it a dab of glue and put in back in place.

Glue pictures of your opponents wives on the bottom. It's not long before they quit trying to knock them down so they don't have to look at them. Laughing

Now, some might say "What about those of us whose wives are gorgeous?", well in that case use nude pictures of them, and then they won't knock you over so that you cant't see!! Wink

I tend to use "plasticene", a brand of childrens modeling putty. It comes in a variety of colours, it isn't too expensive and it hasn't fallen out yet after around 2 years.

i converted a human team from plastic figures and glued nickels to the bottom of the base to give the figures a little weight. The bases didn't have the slots in them so the nickels fit in them perfectly. I'm thinking about printing out little round pictures of my team logo to glue on top of the coin.
