Does the +1 to Arm or Injury roll need to be declared PRIOR to rolling the dice for such, or may I roll and upon seeing the result declare that I am adding the +1 for MIGHTY BLOW ? |

you may add the +1 after the roll (if needed) |

Unless stated otherwise, all skills allow you to decide to use the skill after the dice are rolled, Mighty Blow included. So you roll the dice (or opponent roll the dice), then decide.
Other common examples of skills where you would chose not to use the skill are Break Tackle, Diving Tackle, Piling On, Kick, Dodge, etc ...
Frenzy is a skill where you can't chose to use it or not after the dice are rolled, as the use of the skill is mandatory, as stated in the Frenzy skill description. |
