Tournament Series Discussion - Series Score-Keeping with Excel

Since I now have 3 Tournament Series equipped with an Excel Sheet, which helps keep track with the correct ranking, I think I might offer it to others as well.

It's an Excel sheet with Macros (.xlsm), and therefore it only works with MS Office 2007 and later, sorry, no Open Office or similar.

One can upload the final ranking files from Score (.htm) or any other .txt or .csv automatically. So far it is set up for a Structured Series, but I believe I can modify it to the Open Series as well, as long as the scoring is not to extraordinary.

It can also create a simple webpage with the rankings.

So, whoever is interested, send me a PM with your e-mail address Very Happy

I'm interested! I think it's too late for 2015, but maybe I can give it to the sucker who takes over ECTS tracking next year. Wink

I'll give it a try....just one question about the Stunty scores. So the best Stunty team will get 10 points, regardless were it will end up in the main ranking, right?...and there is no minimum limit of Stunty teams, e.g. at least 2 teams, right? (ok, 2 questions Wink )

In an Open Series, you just earn points in the same way as usual, but those earned using stunty teams also count toward the stunty standings. So if you came in third place with halflings in a two day tournament, you would get 8 points (placement - 3rd place) plus 2 (participation - 2 day) toward both your overall and stunty scores.

ok. Sounds a bit odd to me, but I'll set it up that way.
