Ok, I'm sure i overlooked this, but a couple questions for clarification on armor rolls.
1. can Mighty Blow be used as an additional +1 for astrogranite turf?
2. can Mighty Blow be combined with claws so you only need a 7 armor instead of 8?

Just need clarification as i can't find anythin the LRB (could have missed something) and we have different opinions on it within our league.
Thanks Smile

1. Yes. Though you won't find anything about this in the LRB, as astrogranite isn't part of the rules. Closest thing here is the Suitable Pitch good karma card.
2. Yes. Any roll of 8 or more works; with MB, 7 becomes 8; hence any roll of 7 or more works.

1) Since the astrogranite is a house rule its up to you. I'd probably say yes.
2) Yes. Claws affects the target, MB affects the dice so they don't "stack"

I don't know the rules for Astrogranite (although I'm assuming they're similar to StreetBall cobblestone rules) but I would say that all modifiers stack as per the norm.

Plz Explain...

LRB 5.0 Quote: (claw) ...Any armour roll of 8 or more are after modifications automatically breaks armour

its sounds for me that the claw-skill dosent work that way.

Exampel.

1. you make an armor roll against an ogre (AV9)
2. You roll an 6
3. With the MB-skill you get 7
4. Claw-skill works after the modification, in this case nothing happens and end of story?

or?

Any AV roll of 7 with MB becomes a 8, which is fine for Claw to work.

So if you have Claw - AV roll of 8+ breaks armour.
If you have Claw and MB - a roll of 7 modifies to 8, which means Claw breaks AV.
