Hi everybody,

the use of Apothecaries is prohibited for Undead, Khermi, Necromantic udn Nurgle Teams. So according to the rules (as far as I understand) Vampire Teams are allowed to use them.

But it seems unlogic to me: a Vampire healed by an Apothecary? By someone who´s job it is to save life, not unlife? ,-)

Can Apothecaries be used to cure Thralls only, or are they really able to heal Vampires too?

Thx in advance

Thralls only. I cannot remember where that is stated, but it is implicitly stated that vampires cannot be healed by the apothecary.

I share your point of view. But as long as it is not stated within the rulebook, it´s not a rule but "only" common sense. ,-)

Can someone tell where (or: if at all) this is stated in CRP?

You sure about that? I haven't found anything in the CRP stating (implicitly or otherwise) that Vamps can't use their team's Apoth.

It used to be in the rules when vamps were experimental.

you can use the apothecary on vampires, though you have to decide if you are going to use it before rolling regeneration

its works the same way as using the apoth on a troll

The decision to allow the Vamps to use the Apo was a small boost given to the Vamps in order to help the team in the long-term - think of him as a walking blood bank. Wink
