A while back when Andy had a little sale I picked up a little collection of bitz including the very cool Ogre. I have converted him up for my Norse Team (pics to be posted soon ) and was left with a very cool sprue of Ogre heads. Yep, you guessed it, conversion time!
Here is the first one I have finished painting, what do you think??
Do you think it works without a helmet?

Looks really good, and not having a helmet lets the mini have more emotion.
I have one suggestion, though. You have really vibrant colors, I think doing a little blackilining would really help them stand out even more, and look more crisp. If you aren't comfortable using a brush to paint thin steady black lines, there are artist pens that you can get that are great.
The mini already looks good, I just think that would make it look great. |

Cool, good point.
So what about the extra armour under the existing shoulder pads?
Too much or makes him look harder?

You know. I like the extra armor plates. It kinda gives him the look/feel of a warjack from warmachine... |
