Post subject: still active after using "Wrestle"?

Hi folks,
another question:
A player with the skill „Wrestle“ starts a Blitz Action against an opponent. After the Block he decides to use “Wrestle†and both players go down without any AV test necessary and without generating a turnover.
Can the active player afterwards stand up and keep on running if he has MA left? And/Or can he at least use the skill “Jump up†to stand up?
