no. an accurate pass must be successfully caught by the intended receiver to get SPPs. your situation, while not a turnover, is a case of picking up a bouncing ball, not catching an accurate pass...more or less.
Or as per the official rules
5) Intercepted (no pass role) - turnover and no SPP
I take it you did mean no SPP, because I'm pretty sure you don't get a completion when your pass is intercepted.

If the ball is caught by a player on the moving team then there is no turnover. It does not matter who catches the ball: catcher, thrower or random other player there is still no turnover.
If the pass is accurate and caught then the thrower gets the completion SPP's. (Yes the thrower could end up with both the ball and the SPP's for the completion theoretically.)
