Well can they (with out having to role doubles for new skills)??? I gave my minotaur block & the skaven team in my league have a rat ogre that also has block, is this aloud??? Living Rulebook 3, side 26 (Big Guys and Starplayer Points), yes they can.

Currently, BG's have access to General and Strength skills, but when the PBBL/Vault rules become official ( ), BG's will no linger have access to General, so at the moment, that's perfectly legal.
