Rules Questions - Why is BBRC stuff rarely put in this thread?

Post subject: Why is BBRC stuff rarely put in this thread?
I was wondering that for a while now. All the announcements concerning rules should be in this folder " Rules - ANYTHING rule related goes here"
The announcents that Galak and Doubleskulls are part of the BBRC were posted elsewhere (in the General Folder on TBB)
Same thing with posting the LRB downloads (in the past as well) or the official rules change of GTR this year and the WA last year, were not announced here.
If the NAF is supposedly very close to GW and the BBRC and are supposed to be a link of some kind, then I'm really wondering why it's not mentioned here.
I understand that not all BB players are in the NAF and they want to see it on TBB or BB.com, but if we (the NAF) are THE BB-source for the community, then I think this concerning rules and the BBRC MUST be posted here and made Sticky

I asked why doubleskulls' appointment to the BBRC had not been announced here on the second page of the TBB thread. Got totally blanked.
But I agree, if this is meant to be the foremost BB resource then these things must be announced here before anywhere else (except perhaps BB.com).

Hey T, perhaps you could help by making sure that kind of thing got posted here.... I just don't think that anyone is paying that kind of attention to a needed detail like you suggest and I'm not sure that anyone on staff found out any more quickly than anyone else... if they did, I agree that it should be posted here...

Sorry just don't consider that stuff a Rule Question. The forum name is what keeps me from posting here.
If it was more like Rules Questions and Announcements ... got me ... but its the forum name that has kept me from posting that stuff here before.

Ok I will try to....just need some help of a moderator now:
a) Can anybody change the name of "Rule Questions" to "Rule Questions and Announcements"
b) can anybody make the other topic, which I will post right after I'm done typing this one, a "Sticky" or "Announcement" topic?
