Maybe I'm having a Brain Fart, but...
Elf Catcher MV9, AG4, ST3, AV7 and has skills: Catch, Nerves of Steel and Dodge.
He catches a Hand Off with success, by rolling 5...
A - Dodges out of a Tackle zone, fails...
Uses Dodge skill and then dodges with success this time.
B - Runs another spaces and decides to go through a tackle zone and the sideline.
Free move into the 1st Tackle Zone.
C- Dodges to the 2nd Tackle Zone and rolls a 3, success.
D - Dodges to the 3rd Tackle Zone and rolls a 4, success
E - Now dodges out and needs a 2+, but rolls a 1. Failure!!!
He used the Dodge skill earlier in his move, so he can't use the Dodge skill to re-roll the failed Dodge roll, but can he a team Re-roll?

Yeah, basically, you cant re-roll the same dice more that once, so aslong at it is a different dodge, you can use both the dodge skill re-roll and team re-roll on the same team turn.
