Rules Questions - Does Piling On end your Movement?

Post subject: Does Piling On end your Movement?
Does Piling On end the players movement if he blitzed? Can I declare a blitz, move one space, throw a block, pile on, stand up for 3 mv, and continue with my move?
I am pretty sure that if a player goes prone it ends your movement, or that standing up has to be done at the beginning of a players activation. This question came up in my league and I can't find a concrete answer in the living rulebook.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It does not end your movement but you have nowhere to spend the rest of your MA since you are only allowed to stand up at the beginning of an action. (LRB page 15, top left)

Plus, lol, it seems kind of silly to imagine someone throwing themselves onto a pile of guys, dusting themselves off, and then running downfield. sorry, lol, more of a funny mental image than anything else.
