Hi there everyone,
I have some doubts about this,
If a bombardier throws a bomb to an opponent who happens to have the ball,
Can this opponent catch the bomb?
Because the No Hands rule applies only to the Bombardier, right?.

The No Hands rules is a PBBL and applies because the Bomb player is also lugging a whole Bag of Bombs with him.
We've assumed for PBBL that the player is talented enough to pin the ball in his arms and hot potato the bomb to someone else (ie yes he can catch the bomb and throw it).

A player holding the ball can catch or intercept and throw a bomb.
