Strategy and Tactics - Norse Skill ?

Post subject: Norse Skill ?
Newly formed league. All Rookie 100 Teams, however we are naming a Captain and they get one extra skill. There are two Human teams, an Orc team, Amazons, and a Dark Elf Team. I am making my Norse Blitzer (model with the Rhino Horn) as my captain.

What should I give him?

I have thought of the following-
Strip Ball
Leader
Pro
Horns
Spikes

What should I give him?

Can you have any skill at all? If so I'd almost certainly be looking at Claws or Spikes. If its a "double" then Sidestep is a great choice, or a normal skill probably Guard.

On a normal skill take GUARD, if its a double, STAND FIRM is cool. I you are saying he can have ANY skill then CLAW, follow this up with MIGHTY BLOW and he will be a nightmare!

While I like the fact that I now have 2 Runners, I don't like that my Blitzers have been cut in half. Although having a Snow Troll in the middle will make for some interesting times.....

I guess I'll give my Runner Dodge as his extra skill to make it that much more hard to bring him down, next would be sure hands and we're off to the races..... well sort of.

Just to check, what rules are you using, as both Spikes and Horns are mutations, and not available to Norse.

We were allowed to pick one skill from any list for our Captains. LRB 4.0 was what we were using.
