Post subject: Blunderbuss Question

Had a game the other night against a team with a Blunderbuss...the rules say that NORMAL PASSING RULES DONT APPLY and somthing like if you roll a 4 - 6 the pass is accurate and 1 - 3 is inaccurate in which case it scatters the same way as a kick off.....Here is the Question - The player that i was against pointed out that it didnt say anything about it being a turnover if it was inaccurate and that if it was a turnover it would state it cos of the NORAML PASSING RULES DONT APPLY statement....my side of the debate was it is a failed pass and that is a turnover....which is correct?
