no. only the catch skill allows rerolling the interception roll, because it is not your turn. (LRB 5.0 p.15)

With Catch skill or Pro yes, with Team Rerolls no - since you can only use them in your own turn.

Technically you cannot use a TRR to reroll a catch attempt at the kick off either.

Actually, you could use a TRR if you're attempting to Intercept a Dump-Off.
