Rules Questions - Bombardier and Dump-Off

Post subject: Bombardier and Dump-Off
The Bombardier skill says that "All skills that may be used when a ball is thrown may be used when a bomb is thrown also."
Does that mean that a player with the Bombardier skill can Dump-Off a bomb (if the player has both skills, obviously)?

I'm not sure, but I'd say no....
Just because, doesn't the player need to light the fuse before he tosses the bomb? With Dump Off it is a very quick toss (fast reaction to get rid of the ball (in this case bomb)) I'd say that there would not be enough time to get the thing lit.
But maybe I'm bringing too much lodgic into it, I mean its a game with Zombies, Skinks, & Vampires. Where is there room for Lodgic?

Nice try - however I think the Bombadier rules are quite clear on when a bomb can be thrown (i.e. as part of a special action).
Also Dump Off is not a skill that is used when the ball is thrown - but a skill to allow a ball to be thrown out of sequence.

OK, makes sense. It didn't feel right to me either, but I had to ask.
I would have considered that skill just to see the look on my opponent's face. "I'm blitzing you. ". "OK, I'm dumping-off a bomb to you". 
So I'll stick to taking Hail Mary Pass if I ever roll a double on a Goblin Bombardier.
