I recently played in the Spiky Bowl tournament and one of the matches was against a Nurgle team. My opponent claimed that I had to take disturbing presence into account when I tried to pick up the ball within 3 squares of his rotters. I assumed he was right and played on, but on checking the rules afterwards it only lists -1for Pass, Intercept and Catch. Your opponent was not right. If it does not say, then why should it be included in the list of things affected? It has never affected the pick-up. Hopefully this did not cost you the game!
