What actions can a player take after they stand up?
For instance, a human lineman stands up, costing him 3 MA, declares a blitz, moves 2 squares and throws a block. Legal or not?

Standing up counts towards part of a move (hence the 3 squares) , so call the Blitz or Pass, or Hand Off, or Foul or even simply a Move while you are first activating his turn...
Standing up is not a separate action.

Uness you have the "Jump Up" skill & you pass the roll needed....
