Painting - Stripping plastic minis kjonesin - Jan 19, 2008 - 11:07 AM Post subject: Stripping plastic minis
Anyone know of anything safe to use for stripping the paint off of plastics?
I don't want to dissolve any of the detail (although they are chaos, so maybe I'll end up with a nurgle team)SuM - Jan 19, 2008 - 06:41 PM Post subject:
I have had great results with Over Cleaner. But please use in a well ventilated area.
Over Cleaner works great on Plastics and metals.
I also heard Simple Green is another great product for removing paint from Plastics.frogbear - Jan 20, 2008 - 01:10 AM Post subject:

I can get Dettol. Is this a soak-for-days process, or how is it used?Rodders - Jan 21, 2008 - 10:20 AM Post subject:

Yep. Soak for a few days and the paint slips off
