There's a Lizardmen Cheerleader produced by GW but it's a rare figure and I think restricted to 500 minis.
But you can easily convert some skinks from the current WHF range into a cheerleader or use one of the Sauri drummers.
As for a headcoach the Slann priest is used very often.

Other then that, you can allways do the cheerleader and the coach with regular skinks (or saurus) by adding greestuff.
I've seen it done with goblins and trolls so it wouldnt be all that different!
Plus it would be original!
