If the player is ever Knocked Down or Placed Prone roll immediately for injury (no Armour roll is required). Stunned results for any Injury rolls are always treated as KO???d.
I searched, but couldn't find any clarifications.
Is that extract from the the ball and chain skill refers only to the ball & chain guy, or to the victims of his blocks as well ?

If Spazzfist is correct, then the wording of the rule needs to be changed in 6th Ed.
e.g. "Any Stun results suffered by the Ball and Chain player as a result of a Block are changed to K.O."
