like mentioned above

- skills: one befor each game
- inducements 1: no wizzards
- inducements 2: starpalyers only for halfings and ogers
- inducements 3: bribes, extra apo etc. can be taken
(- inducements 4: haflings, goblins, ogers and vampires get a free bloodwieser babe)
