Post subject: Picking up if pushed...?
Hello Guys,

I have a questions, I ´m sure someone can help me:

If a player enters the square where the ball is lying as a result of a push back, is he allowed to pick up a ball? In this context: is it of importanc wether the push backed player was blocked, or if the player pushed on the square with the ball was indirectly pushed?

Thx in advance, I hope my english is good enough to make my point. Embarassed

When a player is pushed into the sqare with the ball, the ball fumbles one square just as when it lands in an empty swuare. The player in that square can try to catch it.

The ball scatters (no turn over no attempt to pickup)
If the ball scatters (bounces) into an occupied square that player must attempt to catch the bouncing ball (can use catch skill)
if that player does not catch the ball it continues to scatter until either caught or comes to rest in an empty square. This ping pong activity will not result in a turn over. (ps stop the clock as sometimes this can take a bit of time)

our custom is that the coach of the player touching the ball rolls that scatter (it can go back and forth)

so push back my player, I roll scatter which bounces to your player who fails to catch it you roll scatter , on and on.
