You've put the image ending tags at the front of the link and the open tags at the end, need to swap them over for the pics to show up ;]

Has fliers for these at Thrudball at the weekend, tbh I'm not overly interested in it, much like elfbowl etc

slim chance they might make some useful minis for Blood Bowl though... will have to wait and see

I see it is up on kickstarter now: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1744629938/dreadball-the-futuristic-sports-game

It was funny to watch the countdown timer reach zero and then count back up to nearly half an hour before they updated the website ;o

I had hopes the minis might be great for BB but I'm not overly impressed. The big orcs look good but there is no standard sized ones and orcs aren't a race that are in a shortage of options.

Seems pretty pricey as well

I've been told Mantic sculpts to a true 28mm. Most BB figs are in the 35mm "heroic" range thanks to GW's scale creep.

I'm optmistic about the figs even if I could care less about the rules. But just keep in mind that teams of these guys may look small against most newer BB teams.
