Does anyone know if there will be one this year? If not how would we go about getting one set up or was there not enough showing last time?

Are you aware that there's a (non-NAF, unfortunately) tournament in Greenville this weekend? Unless it's been canceled for lack of interest. You might want to call Borderlands Games and see if it's still going on.

There are also one or two tournaments in Raleigh every year and a big one-day charity tournament in Virginia Beach in June. I might even be able to get you into a car pool for the latter one if you're interested.

I believe that GnomeCon has an annual tournament, too, though that was in April. I'm not a real big fan of convention tournaments, but I understand that they're more convenient for some people.

Good luck finding something and feel free to contact me directly if you'd like more information on the tournament scene in the Southeast.

EDIT: It sounds like the one in Greenville has been canceled. The decision to go without NAF sanction and hold it the week after another prominent East Coast tournament sort of hurt that one, I think.

I would like more info on the last one in VA Beach and carpool as I am stuck in BFE. I was planning to go to dragon con mainly for tourny play.
