Ifa treeman get +1 MA (for movement 3) do they not have to make stand up roll? They would have the same MV as mummies, and they don't, do they?

yes, once the movement is sufficient (i.e. 3) they don't need the 4+ roll.

Whilst I "know" that treemen need to roll a 4+ to stand up I can not find it anywhere in the rulebook (LRB V2)that actually states this!
Can anyone point me to the actual rule? (what page, etc)

What I'm getting at is that in the LRB V2 the treeman is listed as M2 - a well known and accepted fact... Now if I was new to BB and read the LRB for the first time - as you should;
I can only conclude that a treeman needs to make a 'go for it' to stand up as it 'costs' 3 squares of movement to do this.
As the treeman only has M2 the 'gfi' would be the logical answer to him actually standing up at all, not the 4+ roll I'm sure is right...

This is of course unless I've completely missed the bit in the LRB that covers this... (entirely possible, as I am known to miss the simple things sometimes) (no comments on that please...) Smile

LRB p12
"Standing Up"
If the player has less than three squares of movement, he must roll 4+ to stand up."

So a Treeman with 3MA would stand up normally, and Mummy with 2MA would roll to stand up.

Note also that players standing around the treemen cannot help him stand up (as they did in BB3).
