This only applies to the tournaments where all the games were Deathbowl. We cannot yet rank by round if it was different formats. So this means Deathbowl V and onwards are now "Deathbowl" variant in the rankings. I.e. from the date it moved to Ottawa onwards.

I don't think this is correct - we had a 4-way game for the bottom 4 of the ARBBL events over the last few years, and these have been reclassified as "Deathbowl" - for example, see my Halfling ranking in the 2017 event (https://member.thenaf.net/index.php?module=NAF&type=tournamentinfo&variant=1&uid=102&id=3060) - I only played day 2, so my 4th & 5th game are normal BB but my last game vs Tempest was Deathbowl.
That said, I honestly can't recall how I did it (I think I had to manually add the games after uploading the results via Score, but I might be wrong!)

I would be up for doing that if it works. I was reliably informed it might not. But that would be exciting news for sure. Exciting in some crazy I like doing more ranking work idiom at least.

I think (but don't know) that this likely required a bit of manual handling, as Simon intimates. It's not a standard 'service' we offer at present, but it would appear there are workarounds.
If you're keen on separating the results of old tournaments into the correct overall buckets, I'll follow up on how we dealt with the ARBBL example and contact Joe as to how we managed it and if it's transferable.
