I would also be interested in this. Any leagues in the area that are playing?bucman99 - Jul 06, 2003 - 11:55 AM Post subject:
I too am interested in joining a league in the area. Maybe if enough people are interested, there will be enough FOR a league!skummy - Jul 06, 2003 - 08:13 PM Post subject:
Hi, guys. I'm moving to Washington state early in August. I'm coming from a long running East coast league. I'd be very interested in starting up or helping one of you be commissioner for a Seatac league. If the five of us want to start a league, that's certainly enough people. (And anyone else interested, please shout out.) I'm in the process of finishing up my last month of work, but I should be out there full time on August 7.Old_Man_Monkey - Jul 07, 2003 - 02:53 AM Post subject:
Alright, skum, that's the spirit! Gotta keep organizin' the players - the biggest problem with getting the US players together and focused is geography. Will be looking for the Seattle Supastarz League coming soon!Shadewe - Jul 10, 2003 - 03:20 PM Post subject:
I would be intersted in Joining the league. Let me know where and when.skummy - Jul 11, 2003 - 08:55 AM Post subject:
Okay, I'll tell you what. Would everyone please PM me with their email address? That way, we can start the discussions about a starting date, possible location, and work on logistics.Shadewe - Jul 14, 2003 - 01:07 PM Post subject:
I know about 2-3 others who maybe interesting in joining the league. About what is the limit to amount of teams are we going to have in the league?skummy - Jul 14, 2003 - 01:28 PM Post subject:
Well, I know that a league works well anywhere from 4 to 12 coaches, but if we get more than that we'd probably want to do two divisions.
I've actually started a Yahoo! group for us - did you get my invitation to join, Shadewe?Shadewe - Jul 15, 2003 - 10:20 AM Post subject:
No I didn't. Send me a private message here the title of the group and I'll join it the other way.skummy - Jul 15, 2003 - 11:53 AM Post subject:
Done and done. This is the first time I've run a yahoo group, so I may need some coaching.
