Post subject: How win against orks

I need some tactical advice, my next game is with orks (3 blitzer one with takle and 1 with strip ball - 1 goblin - 1 ogre - 1 lineorks with ag 4 - 2 black orks).

Try to keep the play spread out to maximise your relative advantage - speed.

If his black orks don't have block, never be too afraid to use a blitzer against them, especially if you have a re-roll. Yes you fall down on a skull, but he falls down on a pow/skull, pow, pow/dodge. Odds of you falling down are %33 vs his %33 fall down with %33 nothing bad happens to either. This is a rough estimate, so please don't judge my math too much. Thats %66 chance nothing bad happens to you. It's risky, but with a re-roll you take away most of that risk.

Besides that, it's speed vs his strength. To give you a good perspective, how do skaven beat you? Use that approach to beat him. If skaven do not beat you, then you know what he has to do to beat you. Figure out how to overcome that problem.

Kill the Goblin as soon as possible. With one Goblin and one Ogre you can be sure the Goblin is only there to be thrown.

Well i've won 1-0, terrible match!! i've got 4 casualty against (2 miss next match with niggling!). Only one good action with my catcher and Touchdown!!!!!!!.

I don't know about that Squiggoth.... I tried the same tactic and let me tell you when you Want to kill a Goblin they always seem to squirm away.
