Europe - m@hobbit massacre 2004

madhobbit - Nov 16, 2003 - 07:03 AM
Post subject: m@hobbit massacre 2004
There's still quiet some time, but the date for the m@hobbit massacre 2004 is already set: May 29 & 30.

We know this is pretty close to the Blood Bowl, but the availability of the venue (which we use for free ) ties our hands a little. Apart from that we'll be way cheaper, more cozy and have beer.

The site is already up and running. Nothing special yet, but as the massacre draws nearer I'll add to it. At the start of 2004 we'll start taking registrations. For now, just mark the date as taken.

Greetings,

m@hobbit.

Hi there! Coincidentally I live in Holland and would love to come. So count me in. I'm not sure jet, but I suppose I will take my Dwarfs with me. Is this a NAF-member only tournament? Otherwise I could consider convincing my 'friends' to join me. But some of them might deminish my chances to go for the 'Golden-Banana-between-breakfast-and-brunch-Trophee'. And I love Banana Trophees...

or what the hack... I would like to take some friends with me anyway.

Tnx for organizing, It's in my agenda allready, Sanne

No NAF tournament can be "NAF only" - it must be open to everyone. However, you should convince your friends to join too, for the dice and the chacne to get in the rankings!

As Indigo already pointed out it can't be NAF-only. I wouldn't even want to be NAF-only. The main thing is having fun while playing Blood Bowl. Of course you can get some fun out of the ranking and the shifting of it.

The train will take you 1 hour to get from Rotterdam central station to Amersfoort station. From there it's about 10 minutes walking to get to the venue.
By car it will take you approximately 1 hour.

Depending on where in Rotterdam your family lives it's not too bad a trip.
It would be great to have some international participants!!
