Hey guys...
Some stupid question i was asking myself...
Let's presume you have the skill "Pro" on a guy with "Loner".
If you fail an action.. you can activate "Pro" on a 4+ .. because you're not using a reroll so "Loner".. won't activate.. Right?
BUT
If you fail that "Pro" ... do you have to use a reroll (4+ because of Loner) to re-roll the 4+ (Pro) to be able to reroll your action? Which means you have 25% chances of succes.
OR
Can you just use a Team-reroll to reroll the action you've missed (4+ cuz of Loner) and just forgetting the fact you've missed the "Pro" action... ? Meaning 50% of succes ..
Weird case i know... but what do you guys think of this? |

hey mate.
I think the question to start with is how did the Loner get pro?
mercs /journey men dont get skills.
is there a star player that has loner and also pro?
But to your hypothetical situation...my understanding
if player has pro skill it can be used without loner affecting it. sure.
if u fail pro roll and want to use the team RR yes you would have to pass the loner test before you could. |

Big Guy with a double.
Merc can take one skill, though giving Pro to one seems a bit of a waste.
@Kiiwii:
1. No, you don't need to roll for Loner to make a Pro roll.
2. If you fail the Pro roll, and you want to use a TRR to re-roll it, then yes, you'd need to make the Loner roll before you could re-roll Pro. It would have to be truly desperate roll to make! |
