Budget: 1,250,000 gp
Tier 1 (6 primary skills; max 4 of each skill):
Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Dwarf, Lizardmen, Norse, Orc, Skaven, Undead, Underworld, Wood Elf
Tier 2 (6 skills, of which 1 may be secondary skills; max 4 of each skill):
Chaos Renegades, Elven Union, High Elf, Human, Imperial Nobility, Khorne, Necromantic, Old World Alliance, Slann, Tomb Kings, Vampire
Tier 3 (7 skills, of which 1 may be secondary skills; max 5 of each skill):
Black Orc, Chaos Chosen, Snotling, Nurgle
