I'm seeking clarification regarding the skill allotment for tiers 4, 5 and 6. Using tier 4 as an example, the document reads, "8 skills. Up to a single secondary can be taken." I'm reading this as though I'm allowed to take 7 primary skills and 1 secondary skills. Is this correct?
