Things you need to know, or plan for :

>To play-Des figurines (peintes c'est plus joli)
Dice (otherwise you'll have to negotiate with your opponent to share)
-A Field (we won't have enough to provide 25)

>Francs (not from your old aunt, from Switzerland)
-There will be a refreshment bar with or without alcohol, at an affordable price

>Accommodation
-In dormitories (see photos)
-Draps not included, so bring your own duvet. There should be some mountain blankets lying around, but it won't really be the season
-Pillows provided
-Showers for all (remember to bring your own soap and towel)

>Are you coming with someone?
-You can contact us to get a price for meals that interest the accompanying person(s). The same applies to accommodation in the dormitories
- If you do not wish to sleep in a dormitory (maybe you con as couple).
The campsite Les Cluds is less than 4km away.
There are also hotels very close to the venue, but I remind you that this is Switzerland, one night is more expensive than the price of the tournament.

>Refunds
From 01.08, refunds will not be provided.
We will do our best to do so. However, certain costs incurred at that time will probably not allow us to compensate for your cancellation.  Sad

>Bonus
Lake Neuchâtel is on the way, 20km away, for those who want to take a dip.
The tournament venue is at an altitude of 1100m, and it is possible to hike up to 1500m without any difficulty for those who want to enjoy the Swiss panorama.

We are aware that for some, not being a country with the Euro currency is a worry.
However, there is nothing we can do about this.
What's more, PayPal is not in place in the country either.
Some people have already asked me if they could pay me on my PayPal account, so that I could then make the transfer, to avoid any potential charges.
To make it easier for us to keep track of payments, I'd prefer you to make the payment yourself.
If your bank charges you fees (even though Switzerland is in the Schengen area), there are online alternatives such as Revolut and Fortuneo that don't charge any fees. You probably have a relative who is a customer of this type of banking operator.

For the refreshment bar, we take cash, so don't forget to stop off at a bureau de change.
If you have any coins left over at the end of the weekend, come and see me, so that I can take them off your hands and make a PayPal payment.

Some pics

We look forward to welcoming you   Very Happy
