I think your raffle is a good idea - just remind the competitors NOT to address the messages to your wife, since it's not her who's gonna get that annual... Wink

Practice? Oh yeah, might be a good idea that....

Hey Indi, maybe it would be cooler not to paint the prizes as people may want to paint them themselves...?

(Plus it would be something you would 'not' have to do, something I'm sure would be a nice thing.... Laughing )

by prizes I meant "trophies" Embarassed... although one or two of the prizes have been VERY well painted. Still, if people wanna do it themselves they are welcome to get the paint stripper out Smile

For the benefit of people coming from afar, he's my mobile number if you get stuck/lost etc. trying to find the place. It may be possible to pick people up from the station, but I don't really want the wife spending all morning stuck in traffic Smile

EDIT: Changed my mind, PM me if you think you'll need my mobile Wink

Well with ECBBL making up 12 of the contestants I hope we don't end up playing each other in the 1st round. In the last round would be good though Smile

Well I hope you do! Do you think a black shirt should get you some sort of 'seeding' privilege or something? Very Happy

I'll be using the Tournament Tracker sheet Tim Ibe used for the Mannheim massacre and it has a nifty "1st round random generator"

I think it's possible to override it, so I'll have a play around but no promises Smile

EDIT: looks like you can only override round 2 onwards, and then only to avoid coaches replaying each other.

Its just annoying to go to all the hassle & expense of travelling to a tournament and end up playing against your usual opponents.

Surely half the point of tourneys is to play against people you haven't played against before?
