I'm glad to hear you're interested in coming to the Death Bowl.
If I remeber correctly I think I mailed out your membership package yesterday. Now don't start celebrating yet, I may be mistaken. I'll check at work tomorrow to see if you were in my last printing. I mailed out the Canadaian packages without taking down the names so I'll have to check my master list that I printed from to see if you were on it. I'll let you know tomorrow for sure. |

Yes I did get it thank you so very much. I have a question about the DeathBowl, how much is it & do I have to pay up front, or can I pay at door? |

$35 Canadian if you pre-reg (ends 09/30) and $40 Canadian at the door.
$5 Canadian NAF rebate if you bring your membership card. Check out the website in CyberHare's signature.
I should know by next Monday if I can make it. If I can go, I will pre-reg Monday |

You'll probably be the first if you do. I don't know what it is about Canadians but no one has Pre-registered. A lot of people have told me that they are coming though Sigh, I tell you. To organize a tournament you REEEAAALLLLY gotta love Blood Bowl. Oh and having a wife that doesn't kill you for the all the time and up front cash doesn't hurt either.
My boss has been so kind to let me have the Friday & Monday off of work (to play with my toys- as he so kindly puts it ) so if anyone needs help or what-not getting into town PM me and I'll pass out my cell Number and see what else I can do to help.

Organising a tourney and shelling out cash for stuff before any ticket money has come in is one of the scariest things I've ever done... but the feeling when it comes together makes up for it |

I've got fantastic news. Andy Hall will be at the Death Bowl. With the help of a lot of people, including the NAF, I've arranged for Andy Hall to be at the Death Bowl. He will be acting as a VIP referee for the weekend and helping out with the painting judging. He will also be conducting an informal seminar/question period on Sunday for NAF coaches at the tournament. Who knows he may even play in the tournament.
For those of you who have been hiding under a rock. Andy Hall is the editor of Blood Bowl magazine, a BBRC member and oversees Blood Bowl for Specialty Games. This is Andy's first trip to Canada and the first time a UK representative of the BBRC attends a non-GW tournament in North America.

Hopefully I will make my countrymen proud
If anyone needs a roommate, please PM me. I haven't booked a hotel yet and would like to cut costs.
Thanks,

I'm sure he'll be a total gentleman in person. People are a lot easier with the language online where you don't have to see the person your talking to.

Zombie?
Good to hear you can make it, Mel! More faces to names is a good thing! I think we should all bring our extra figs and have a wheel and deal session as well! |

I just hope it all turns out well and everyone has a good time.
Oh, and that someone from Montreal wins. We can't have the title going to Toronto now can we |
