When in October are the Rules Review, going to be released? And where can we aquire them?
A) LRB
B) BB Magazine
C) BB anual
or all of the above, or something new? & this release will be official rules?
Any info would be greatly appriciated, thankyou in advance - Rod |

The outcome will probably be published in November. IIRC the LRB will be updated early next year and the changes etc. will also be in the 2004 annual.
Not sure if there will be anything in BB mag (other than a message saying the rules review actually occurred.)
BBRC guys - I'm assuming this is an online chat, rather than a global conference call. Will a transcript of the discussion be made available for everyone else to read? |

Last year they released what amounted to the meeting minutes. I liked that as it made the official changes easy enough to decipher without reading page after page of Neo & Chet debating (I have no proof this happened, just easy for me to imagine). Neo is hoasting his tourney in mid Nov. and after reading the rules for this tourney; it appears that he for one is hoping for the rules review to be public prior to that date. |

We don't do an on-line chat. We've tried these, but they're usually small affairs. I'll probably elaborate more in a future Blood Bowl Magazine.
Anyway, the RR will take place throughout the month of October. Changes will likely be posted as they were last year...I believe that means a late November or early December release, plus the Annual, plus a new version of the LRB on the GW web site. But I don't work for GW, so don't hold me to that.

Same as they are every year:
1. Rules changes
2. Q & A
3. Experimental rules

What is the volume of rules changes going to be (my league members will probably shoot me if we change anything else too soon!)
No major changes I hope - just tweaks...
Experimental rules? We already use kicking (not very succesfully ) and we do love dirty kick...
Hope theres more of this in the offing... Would love kicking to move from "experimental" to "optional"

IMO kicking is awful, and I'll be glad if it stays experimental. each to his own though |

Well whats the differenc between experimental and optional?
I don't see why kicking is awful - it adds a tactical option to the game, which no-one is very good at |
