Ok so I thought I'd jump on the 'Ogre conversion' band wagon .
Not much of a conversion really, nice and simple:
(No prizes for guessing the components I'm afraid )
He's not finished yet, need to add more details like eyes and stuff, almost there though.... |

Funny, I'd doing pretty much the same conversion. I found the legs and body of Morg in the bits bin at my local store, but no head. So, when I was ordering the parts for my TBB Legacy Team figure, I ordered an Ogre head (as well as the Ogre gobblin, he looks way cool!). I think I got the same head, too.
Did you have to use Greenstuff to get the head to attack to the neck?

No, the head went on ok. As far as I remember I might have had to alter the shape of his neck a bit, but other that that it was ok.
As soon as I get some dosh together I'm going to get one of the new one's, they are very nice!!! |

Maybe we're thinking of different heads... the one I ordered was a bit from the new ogre figures, and has no neck at all, just a hole for the neck off the new ogre figures. Unfortunatily, Morg has a hole in his neck for where the head goes. Ah, well. I'll figure something out.

Yeah man, same head. Morgs 'neck' sticks out a bit, I just clipped and filed it to more of a point and stuck the new head on. Not the mst secure join ever done in the world but it looks fine and will not come off unless he gets a real bashing.... |
