Huh...
Back on topic I don't see how Piling On differs from Mighty Blow, it's all still part of the players action. Both players go down at the same time and are then Piled On.
Of course some issues arise when one defender has block and one doesn't as then only one might go down, but I would say then just Pile On the downed player.
If you need a real world visualisatin just inagine that both players are knocked down and then the Piling on player slams onto both of them, they were next to each other when blocked after all. |

actually the piling on person would simply roll around on the ground and then getting it or a double elbow drop. . . . . |
