In my view you want to keep the Red pads whatever you choose to keep the team theme through-out.
As to colours a blue could work, not a dark one maybe, more of a pastal like blue, although have you considered giving any of your saurus a sacred spawning colour? |

I do i agree, keep the shoulder pads all the same, I'd personally paint the Saurases a light to med Turquoise, & if you have a Krox, make him a Dark Blue (close to black)
just my 2 cents. but honestly paint em however u want to, their your team!

I'm doing mine all like cold ones....shoulder pads should be the same. Will make them look more like a team. I would try to keep one of the colors from the skinks on the sauruses...thus they will look different, but have something in common that makes you think they are from the same tribe. There's my 2 copper |

go for orange. I saw one somewhere with yellow tummies looked very cool and different.
Is this team going to be revealed at Pearlys? |

Possibly, just possibly......
Cheers guys, I appreciate you feedback. I was wondering what colour you think would go with my green skink colours. I'm leaning towards blue, maybe a light blue, highlighted to almost white and then with a clean, blue wash over the top... but I'm undecided. Anyone else got a good idea? |

I'd consider going with a darker green for the saurus, with a lighter chest colour. |

Hmm it is a bit hard getting darker than Dark Angels Green... But I get the drift. I was thinking of a different colour and letting the BB armour link them together as a team.
Well I'm almost decided to try blue, I might give it a go tonight. |

Trying making them all different colors : green, blue, red, orange, etc. That's how my team is painted and i love it! There's even a red kroxigor if i remember correctly. |

I painted my Lizardmen all different colors, but I kept it in groups; 2 skinks and one saurus are blue, another set is green, another set is red, and the last set is orange (although I may change them). Kroxigor is Storm Blue. I'm toying with painting little rainbows on their helmets and calling them the Rainbow Coalition or the Rainbow Connection.

Well I dunno....
It all depends on how my short, bearded ones perform in Holland. Thats a 1,100 tourney as well and so if things work good there I may well use them down London way. It would be good to use Dwarfs again back in London, it has to be at least 5 years since I last did.
Well, we shall see . |
