In my tabletop league, turning from stunned to prone will no longer be an action. And yes, you'll get the +2 bonus to the roll if you declare a Foul with the WA.

With those additions I'd consider palying a WA then. I still prefer the straight +2 for having a standing teammate in the WA TZ (a la Really Stupid), but I think this is the best version bar that. |

No BH/RS roll for going from stunned to prone. As for a straight +2 for a standing team-mate ala RS - at that point, why not give them RS instead? This feels much "wilder," and it's not clearly better (IMO) than BH.
