I can guarantee if you treat infringements like this as IP, then these 'things that happen' will happen a hell of a lot less. Your games will be improved, less arguments etc. and you will be able to remember fundamental game mechanics easier.
Try it for a season, you'll be surprised. |

We used to pick a player at random, but it hasn't happened in ages.
Always funny for the opposing coach and any watchng players when it happens, as sod's law says it will always be the ball carrier/big guy/guy waiting in the EZ for the TD |

Random player sent off, and if it's the player's turn with 12 players, auto turnover.
That's how I commish the decision, and I ran CanCon. |

My solution as a commish has always been a random player sent off + an IP is called if it was his turn. This hasn't happened for ages now, however. |
