multiple block is the only thing that "turns off" Frenzy. So no.
Yes you can use multiple block during a blitz. |

Oddly enough, Chainsaws turn OFF frenzy as well. Before you say, "yea, but who... " look at Nobbla Blackwart. Frenzy and a Chainsaw. He can only use the Frenzy skill when he is NOT using the chainsaw! This is undoubtedly rare as he only has Strength 2.
Chainsaw users do not use block dice, and do not push back their opponents, so Frenzy would never apply. But also, the Frenzy skill specifically states that it cannot be used with Special Attacks (ala Chainsaws).
Apparently, this little guy is SOOO CRAZY they give him the chainsaw to calm him down!
PS. Note he also has "Dodge" skill and Agility 3, but is NOT "Stunty" so he takes the minuses for TZ (but doesn't get hurt as often)! Hmmm. |

It's probably been covered a hundred times, but I can't seem to find the specific issue I'm looking for.
FRENZY & MULTIPLE BLOCK:
I know that if I use Multiple Block, I cannot use Frenzy and block again. However, I don't know if...
I can use Multiple Block, AFTER I use Frenzy?
Eg, My Minotaur has MB, attacks a single opponent and gets Push Back against that opponent. He has to follow up due to Frenzy and attack that opponent again. However, now that opponent is standing next to his buddy. On the follow up attack, can I use Multiple Block to attack them both? |

If your player has frenzy and multiple block, he won't use multiple block ever. Frenzy is mandatory, and multiple block never works with frenzy. |

Sigh... whatever! I've heard a lot of interpretations on this one, but I have NEVER heard that before. |

Well it's the official answer given by the BBRC. |

Er...nope. Either they've changed their minds, or they clarified it, but you can use Multi Block on a player with Frenzy, but it's one or the other. A Troll Slayer with Multi Block and Frenzy can eithr use the MB for a single Block action on two opponents, or Frenzy for 2 Blocks on one opponent.
Have to admit that I thought the same as Zombie, but tey've said otherwise (mainly on the GW forum) |

I always thought the use ofFrenzy was compulsory, thus making MB impossibe (as is can only be used on a straightforward Block against one opponent).
At least, that's the way I read it and gave an answer to the same qestion in the GW forum (so far, nobody objected, but I have to check first). |

Interesting. I always got the impression that it was use multiple block and you can't use frenzy, don't use it and you must use frenzy. I've never been under the impression that the BBRC thought otherwise. |

Yes, seems I've been wrong all along.
The point has been settled now, and indeed, if you use MB first, Frenzy won't kick in; if you don't MB,then you must use Frenzy.
Either way, I can live with that, none of these rules really bothers my team. |
