I have only played on tournment but the one I played used this.
3 games
One new skill per game (must be different skill on different players)
After each match the teams keep their skills but all injuries are wiped out.
I liked it as it helps out the more spendy teams that cant take their position players or suffer in FF and RRs. (dark elves)  |

| If SP are still in for next year (and it looks like they won't) I expect to see a lot more Human, Orc and CD teams (I'll have one for a start). |
