A week before the tourney, and all is well in Findlay. In fact the number of coaches coming has increased to five! I finished painting my team last night (2 others just started painting last night). They all will get done and if not there are back-up plans in place. Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait. |

Five! Sweet! Should be a good sized event!
I was thinking of adding a 5th game. On Saturday we have 2 slots, 9-1 and 2-6. Those are pretty long slots! So I was thinking of keeping Sunday the same and having 3 games on Saturday:
Game 1: 9 - 11
Game 2: 12 - 2
Game 3: 3 - 5
What do you guys think of that? If we do decide to do that, you still only need to sign up for the 4 slots as normal, we'll just sneak in the extra game. |

We could certainly get 3 in on Saturday. It looks like plenty of time to get the games in. With an hour buffer between games. |

And don't forget Formula De afterwards, or in our break on Sunday.
Just from the imports, I think we have 10-15 people coming, so I think we should get an attendance of over 30 very easily. Lets aim for 40!
Oh ya, Anthony! There are some Newmarket people coming down again. Paul and his friend (the two from Panda) said they were coming, plus maybe more. |

I dunno about Jon... My rat ogre is still picking the splinters of skeleton bones out of his teeth from when I played him, man that was an enjoyable game... AFAIK, its Paul and his buddy who played Orcs at Panda. |

Anthony do you have a rough idea of how many coaches we will be now? By my guesstimate we should be over thirty now? |

I'd be surprised if getting tables was a problem. At this point you would think that Orion would be giving you your own hall or section of a hall. If there are close to 40 of us that's nothing to sneeze at. There's a lot more reason for us to have our own area than the "Historical Battle" gamers, who always seem to have their own area's at these con's but never very many people in them!

That was the clincher (that and black dice) for one of the guys that is in our group. One of the others, is the guy who went to Underworld with me. He saw how much fun we were having and decided this time he wanted to join in. So in total My group consists of me, a guy that has never had much luck at bloodbowl and 3 newbies(played less than half a dozen times each). This will hopefully assure some wins for me and Da Scum . |
