If a Vampire stuns a thrall with failed OFAB biting, does it count as a turnover or can you continue playing...? |

The only way that OFAB will cause a turnover is if as Graf says the bitten thrall has the ball at the time, or if the vampire fails to bite a thrall for any reason. Both will be a turnover, and the latter will also see the vampire retired to the reserves box. |
