I don't think u need a limited edition miniature for a draw. Bloodbowl doesn't do limited edition minis and does fine. Chaos Cup had a limited edition mini and didnt' draw well.
Advertising with good organization is what u need. |

I definitely agree that good advertising and good organization before and during the tournament are the most important part.
Having a LE mini or even just good prizes (like recently released or soon to be released mini's) will help to get people from a little farther away.
I think the Chaos Cup was hurt because the organization sucked big time.
That's why I didn't go. |

Good points. And GW should be able to help with some intense advertising. |

Heck, they advertised the Phrakus at no cost to us. I'm sure they'll be able to do much better with a tournament of their own. |

Yeah, I think with lots of prep time there could very easily be spots in Fanatic, White Dwarf and the GW website.
Seeing how Rob F was able to elicite prize support from Jervis for the Brouhaha, there s no reason to think that Specialist Games wouldn t be willing to give a ton of prize support for a GW US event! |
