Take it anywhere you like. It's not an action.
Now, since it's out of sequence, it does usually happen during your opponent's turn after-all, and it's not that players action, if the player who made the passblock actually intercepted the ball and hadn't performed an action yet he could still make an action later in the same turn (move, pass, handoff, block...). |

Lets go just a tad deeper...
This just dawned on me... heheheheeeee.
Your player is Blitzing -
The other Team's player is using the Dump Off skill -
Your team has a player in position to move 3 spaces and attempt an Interception, by using the Pass Block skill -
The other team's player that is Dumping Off, also has the Safe Pass Skill -
HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
P.S. (Sorry, I'm not trying to keep this discussion going to make coaches mad, but I just want to know in case it ever rears it's ugly face in a match.) |

Gee. I'm glad you and Galak have spoken. God knows the rest of us can't do anything without you. What are you talking about Ian? We're just hammering out semantics now. If you want to join in, feel free. Your little comment just made no sense in the middle of the discussion we're having now.
edited to make sense. it was early when I posted |

This is fully correct. Its almost the same as being thrown with TTM. The player even though he has moved can still fully take an action as the movement was not considered an action.
The reason that Pass Block and everything works against Dump Off is because Dump Off really means it when it says it using the normal Passing rules ... so you get the whole nine yards with it.
