I think I wasnt paying attention or something. Has the Hnad off rule changed? I recall being able to move a Guy into position and then later run past him being handed off to on the way. Do I take it this is no longer allowed? |

Yes this was changed some time ago. You can now only hand off as an action (like a pass) so what you described is no longer allowed. |
